Nordwind won in the nomination "The Best Airline Crew" at the International Forum SKYSERVICE 2019

The All-Russian Association of Passengers and the industry agency AviaPort named leaders among the airlines in the “Best Crew” nomination. The winner is the airline Nordwind. The award ceremony was held at the Sky Travel Awards ceremony on April 24, 2019 in Moscow as part of the IV International Forum SKYSERVICE-2019.

In the nomination "The best crew of the airline 2019" was taken into account a set of criteria that characterize the work of the flight attendants during the flight.

The winning airline was determined after summing up the interim results of the research project “Service in the Russian sky - 2019”. In total, from April 2018 to April 2019, the study covered 23 Russian carriers that performed regular flights on long-haul aircraft, nine of them were included in the scope of the study for the first time. The experts of the AviaPort Agency carried out an independent assessment of the range and quality of services provided on board, according to the author’s methodology, which is close to the concept of “secret passenger”.

Flight safety, punctuality, quality of services and development of the service remain priorities in the work of the airline.
