Tourists who plan to visit Russia Federation for a short-term stay can now apply for Universal Electronic-Visas, a much faster and more practical way to obtain a Russian travel authorization than the traditional Russian tourist visa.

From August 1, 2023 You can enter Russian Federation with UNIVERSAL SINGLE-ENTRY ELECTRONIC VISA for short-term stay with tourist, business, guest and humanitarian purposes.

E-visa will be issued as a single-entry visa for a period of up to 60 calendar days with a permitted stay of up to 16 days in the Russian Federation.

E-visa will be issued based on the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia by filling out the application on a specialized website.

E-visa processing period will be no more than 4 calendar days from the date when the foreign citizen submits an application for its registration.

E-visa allow visitors to apply for the visa entirely online in minutes, from anywhere in the world. Passport copies, online application form, and other documents required for the visa can be submitted online.
